What are Xenon bulbs?

Xenon bulbs are car bulbs filled with Xenon gas which gives a brighter, whiter light without increasing the wattage of the bulb.

How easy are they to install?
Xenon bulbs are no harder to fit than standard headlight bulbs I suggest that you always check your user manual for your vehicle this will give you instructions on fitting.

I have plastic lenses on my car. Are your bulbs safe to use?
Xenon bulbs have a UV filter to prevent melting or discolouration of plastic lenses.

Will installing these bulbs invalidate my warranty?
No Xenon bulbs are not a modification they are simply a change of the bulb.

How long will they last?
Xenon bulbs will last as long as your standard bulbs even though they give off a better brighter light.

Are these bulbs legal?
All bulbs should have an ‘E’ mark showing they meet ECE Regulation 37.

Are these bulbs the same as the blue coloured, powerful lights that I see on prestige cars?
Xenon bulbs are not the same as the Xenon headlights or HID headlights you get on a lot of new cars. You can buy HID kits to upgrade your headlights but this is more than just a bulb upgrade.
